CLI was incorporated
in 2003 and undertook the development of Hacienda Hill, the group’s
first 5-hectare development in its 25-hectare flagship project in
Calamba, Laguna. Currently, CLI has four on-going projects - Bay Hill
Executive, Palm Hill and Oak Hill in Calamba, Laguna and Kassel Pacific
in Brgy. San Pedro, Malvar, Batangas. |

Corporate Holdings
Management, Inc. was incorporated in November 1984. The company was
established primarily as an investment banking company, with loan
syndication as its major service line. In loan syndication, financing
packages are arranged for projects, which have been studied and found
viable by the Company. When it started in the 1980’s, commer
cial rates were too high and the Company concentrated on
specialized lending facilities for small and medium-scale
projects. The Company packaged loans for manufacturing
outfits like furniture, garment manufacturers, metal fabricators,
container companies, drug manufacturers, agricultural and agri-based
projects such as rice mills, poultry and livestock operations and
agricultural crop production. |

CHMI started its CTS
Origination services with Maybank Philippines, Inc. in the Year 2000.
The company was also engaged by Chinatrust Phils. and Equitable PCIBank
as originator for their CTS Financing programs. CHMI has originated a
portfolio of more than PhP8.00Billion housing loans involving more than
16,000 accounts for its three banking principals. |

started in 1986. It distributes its own brand of pharmaceutical products
through medical representatives and franchised distributors. At
