Property Development:
The CHMI Group’s core business activity is focused on the development of affordable residential projects for the mass market. It aims to deliver high quality homes at affordable prices.
The company started with its real estate development operations in 1987. It initially developed pocket-sized residences within exclusive subdivisions in Parañaque, Las Piñas, Marikina and Quezon City before it ventured into mass housing developments.
Investment Banking:
CHMI provides service to private banks by conducting its own due diligence on both the developers and their buyers. This service coupled with Mr. Gonzales’ exposure in the real estate industry gives banks the guarantee that they are only dealing with legitimate developers with good projects. Through CTS Origination, banks are able to increase its consumer-lending portfolio not only at lesser risks but at lesser costs as well.
Pharmaceutical Products:
CHMI Products started in 1986. It distributes its own brand of pharmaceutical products through medical representatives and franchised distributors. At present, it is distributing about 25 pharmaceutical product lines all over the Philippines.
