Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Noel S. Gonzales is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the group. He has had successful stints in banks and financial institutions involved in investment banking services before he established CHMI in 1984.
Mr. Gonzales has established a name for himself in the banking and real estate industries. He is presently one of the key-officers of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) – the largest organization of real estate developers in the country and is actively coordinating with government agencies in the formulation of housing programs and policies.
President and Chief Operating Officer Ms. Cheryl R. Chua is the Group’s President and Chief Operating Officer and handles the operations of the real estate companies, the Business Development group and takes charge of the group’s finance division. Ms. Chua has worked with CHMI since its inception.
Executive Vice President Ms. Romana S. Gonzales is the Executive Vice President and takes charge of the Group’s Investment Banking division with Contract to Sell (CTS) Origination as a core business. Ms. Gonzales has also been part of CHMI since its inception.
